Marisa + Jason // Oso Ranch

Marisa and Jason were married at Jason's Mom's ranch which is a safe haven for many rescued horses. Jason and Marisa had an amazing attention to detail and put their own touch on every aspect of the wedding. Jason built the arbor under which they were married, he built the pallet wall that was behind their sweetheart table and re-purposed an old horse wagon to be a custom bar. Jason and Marisa spent the evening celebrating with their family and friends and one of the favorite places.

It breaks our heart to know that just weeks after their wedding fires raged through this small town and across the ranch. Jason and Marisa volunteered their time and land to rescue the horses during the evacuations. Their hearts are full of gold and we wish them a lifetime of happiness.

Kaitlin gave us a gift... the gift of creative freedom with her flowers. When we first met with her, just a little over 30 days prior to her wedding she sat down, told us some of the flowers that she liked, the colors she was going for and then said.... do your best. She said she had seen our work and knew we would do a great job. We absolutely love having that creative freedom to do fun things. We stayed in her budget and came through with her colors and styles. Her photos are so fun and it looks like a great time was had by all. Many thanks to Kaitlin for trusting Down Emery Lane with her wedding flowers!

LA Zoo Gala // Valley Economic Alliance

We are honored to have the privilege of doing the decorations for the annual gala for the Valley Economic Alliance. Each year they honor those giving back to their community and the best part of the event is the new space, and theme, given to the event. This was extra fun for us as it was hosted at the Los Angeles Zoo! Down Emery Lane provided the animal print runners, the gold and silver animals, the table numbers and the flowers! See below how the flowers proved to be wildly fun!

Molly + Jonathan // Maravilla Gardens, Camarillo CA

Looking back on our meetings with this couple I remember their smiles. They were always so happy, so full and love and ALWAYS smiling! Now that I have seen their wedding photos I see the very same thing -- SMILES! They have smiles that radiate and their family and friends are full of laughter and love. Molly & Jonathan were one of the most organized couples we have ever had and their attention to detail really paid off on their wedding day. Jonathan did all of the printables that you see in the photos and I thought they were beautiful. Down Emery Lane did all of the flowers that you see in the photos. Thank you Molly & Jonathan for allowing us to be a part of your day!
