Fall Girls Night - Engagement Celebration

Our baby cousin, who is more like a sister to us, recently was engaged so of course my sister and I just HAD to throw a little gathering to celebrate. We decided on a Fall theme with burgundy and gold. Low and behold finding fall colors in the beginning of November was much harder than we anticipated. It seems retailers are getting closer and closer to just skipping over Thanksgiving completely. Here are some photos from the night:

We wanted the evening to be really glam and sophisticated since it was a girls only event. We loved all of the candles on the table. I made the banner and it is available for purchase in my Etsy shop. Flowers were from Trader Joe's. I highly recommend Trader Joe's for flowers because they have a great selection of flowers by type so you can make your our arrangement.

This was definitely my favorite part of the evening! We had gold dipped champagne glasses and a champagne mimosa bar. The glitter leaves had  the guest's names written on the other side to help us find our drinks later in the evening. The serving tray was from the Target holiday collection, available here. I just love the look of this!

Custom "Bride" drink that I made for the guest of honor! She was able to take this home as a keepsake and will probably be used again at her Bachelorette Party.

Our party featured Pomosas! Guests had the option of mixing their champagne with pomegranate juice or black cherry juice with pomegranate garnish! Delicious! I find that changing the serving bottle of beverages really can help pull a theme together. We put the juices in these bottles from Crate and Barrel, available here, and I added the temporary labels.

I included some other fun photos from the party. I think it was a lovely night and a great easy celebration!
